3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in India/Asia-Pacific region. We use Firebase Authentication for secure login and enforce role-based access rules on all data.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is shared only with:
- Razorpay — for payment processing
- Google Firebase — for data storage and authentication
- Google Analytics — for anonymous usage analytics

By accessing or using HexaQuest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per user — sharing accounts is not permitted
3. Plans & Payments
- Free plan: 120 questions/day with limited features
- Basic Plan (₹149/month): Unlimited questions, all features
- Advanced Plan (₹499/month): Unlimited + AI analytics
- All payments are processed via Razorpay. Plans are valid for 30 days from purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on HexaQuest — including questions, explanations, designs and code — is the intellectual property of HexaQuest. Copying or reproducing content without permission is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Use
- Sharing login credentials with others
- Scraping or copying question content
- Using automated tools or bots to access the platform
- Any activity that disrupts the platform's services
6. Limitation of Liability
HexaQuest provides exam preparation content for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific exam results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription.
