Cancellation Policy
HexaQuest plans are one-time payments valid for 30 days and are not auto-renewing subscriptions. Your plan will simply expire at the end of the 30-day period, after which your account will automatically revert to the Free plan with 120 questions per day. No action is required from your side to cancel.
You will never be charged automatically after your plan expires. Each renewal is a fresh, voluntary purchase made by you.
In cases where a payment remains in a pending or failed state, HexaQuest reserves the right to cancel the associated plan activation and initiate a refund of the pending amount, if applicable, within 15 business days.
Refund Policy
HexaQuest provides 100% digital services — including unlimited practice questions, test analytics, Bloom's Taxonomy-based insights, Error Notebook, and AI-powered Career Guide. Access to all these services is granted immediately and in full upon successful payment.
Since digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, repossessed, or revoked once accessed, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
— Unused days remaining in a 30-day plan period.
— Situations where the user chooses not to use the platform after purchase.
— Dissatisfaction after access to digital content has been granted.
— Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
In the event of a technical payment failure where your account was not activated despite a successful deduction, our team will investigate and process a full refund within 15 business days to your original payment method.
