What is the difference between Basic and Advanced? ▼
Both plans give you unlimited questions and tests every day. Advanced additionally unlocks deep analytics — Bloom's level heatmap, chapter-wise performance gaps, AI concept gap detection, Full Error Notebook, and rank comparison reports. If you're a serious exam aspirant who wants to understand why you're getting questions wrong, Advanced is for you.
Will it auto-renew or charge me again? ▼
No. This is a one-time payment. There is NO auto-debit, NO subscription, NO recurring charge. You pay once and get access for 30 days. When it expires, you simply pay again if you want to continue.
What payment methods are accepted? ▼
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking. All major Indian payment methods are supported via Razorpay.
What if I buy again before my current plan expires? ▼
Your new plan will extend from your current expiry date — not from today. So you never lose any days. You can also upgrade from Basic to Advanced at any time — the new 30 days will be counted from your current expiry.
Is my payment secure? ▼
Yes. All payments go through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. HexaQuest never stores your card or UPI details.
What happens when my plan expires? ▼
Your account returns to the Free plan (120 questions/day, 20 tests/day). All your test history, result data, and error notebook are always kept — nothing is ever deleted.
Can I switch from Basic to Advanced? ▼
Yes! Simply pay for the Advanced plan and it will activate immediately, extending from your current expiry date. You'll instantly get access to all analytics features.
